• I have limited airline seats in group airfare & rooms on hold.  Once those are filled, new requests to join the group will be on a request basis at the prevailing rates.

• Space will not be confirmed until a completed form and deposit is received.

• If you are in the process of getting or renewing your passport, just put  000 in passport section and advise when you've received your new passport.
